Rädlinger invests in location Selbitz
A modern, sustainable office building is established in the subsidiary of Rädlinger Bauunternehmen in Selbitz. Josef Rädlinger laid the foundation stone for this in October, together with his wife, Petra, the architects, the structural engineer and representatives of the city of Selbitz and the Nuremberg Highway Authority. "The new building represents the future.", said Josef Rädlinger during the laying of the foundation stone, and thus underscored the roots with the location of Selbitz and the region.
In the planning for the new 32x32-metre office complex, sustainability of the building played a large role, which is why attention was paid to the use of natural raw materials and low energy consumption of the building. In addition, the building also meets demands for a modern workplace. Following completion in summer 2013, natural light and short distances are to create good working conditions.
In addition to the office building, the entire yard will be redesigned on an area of 35 000 m², and the existing petrol station will be rebuilt.
