Rädlinger at “Connecta” and “Academicus-live”

Qualified and dedicated employees are the backbone of the company for Rädlinger. In search of new, motivated employees and trainees, the Rädlinger Group presented itself at the career fairs “Connecta” and “Academicus-live”.

The university career fair “Connecta” on the campus of Regensburg University of Applied Sciences was aimed at the students of universities and technical colleges. There, interested visitors received information on the areas of activity of the Rädlinger Group and on career opportunities. In the discussions with the students, the Rädlinger Group was able to make initial contact with the students and answer questions on internships, final papers and entry opportunities.

The career fair “Academicus-live” took place at Fraunhofer Grammar School in Cham this year. Future school leavers from the districts of Cham and Schwandorf were able to find out about the company, training programmes and opportunities for study. The school pupils were particularly interested in dual courses in the fields of mechanical engineering and civil engineering. At Rädlinger, a combined course, in which an appropriate vocational training is completed before the studies, and a dual course with in-depth practical training are possible.
