“Classroom at the lake”

News on the project development:

22.07.13

The active planning phase has now begun in the project planning for our “classroom at the lake”.

As the Rädlinger Lake is in the beautiful Chamb Valley and this is designated as a nature conservation area of national significance, our ambitious project has already extended considerably.

As well as constructing our classroom in green surroundings, we would also like to draw attention to the special features of this idyllic nature conservation area. To this end, contact has already been established with the competent bodies – a consistent and careful concept is to be guaranteed.

It is already possible to see how exciting and promising the project is and what a positive contribution it will hopefully make to our attractive region. We will, of course, keep you up-to-date about the further development of the project.

Donations for a “classroom at the lake”

28.03.2013

This year, our company is celebrating its 50th anniversary. For all these years, its social responsibility to people and nature has been a top priority for Rädlinger. Local attachment and social commitment are very important to us! For this reason, we request that you make a donation for a “classroom at the lake”, instead of giving us gifts for our anniversary.

We wish to launch the project this year at the company’s own Rädlinger Lake. The open air classroom will give school classes and groups of children of all ages the opportunity to learn and find out more about the lake as a valuable habit. Observe, touch, experiment – a circle of seats made from stones, test benches, gabions filled with a wide variety of types of rock, access to the bank and teaching boards on the flora and fauna established here aim to give the young people a better understanding of nature.

We would be delighted to use your donation to achieve the set-up and long-term maintenance of our project and to be able to equip the “classroom at the lake” even better.
