Young entrepreneurs visit the Raedlinger company group

On 27th October the "Junge Unternehmer Niederbayern-Oberpfalz e.V." (club of young entrepreneurs from the lower Bavaria and upper Palatinate region) of Germany met on invitation by the Raedlinger company group at the headquarters in Cham. The company owners Werner and Josef Rädlinger and Rüdiger Altmann, Managing Director of the construction company, welcomed the 40-strong group of guests. To get the evening started, they presented an illustrated history of the company group, the different company divisions as well as current developments and projects. The young entrepreneurs seized the opportunity of being hosted by one of the leading medium-sized companies to ask about the reasons behind entrepreneurial decisions taken and the intentions behind the various steps.

Then the company film whisked the visitors off to construction sites, to the locations of other branches and to Rädlinger production facilities and plants. A tour of the company grounds to the production halls belonging to the machine and apparatus engineering division gave the young entrepreneurs a live impression of what they had been shown so far. There were lots of questions asked about the machinery and the performance spectrum in steel- and metalworking as well as about construction machinery equipment. The tour brought a fascinating and interesting evening to an end, which promoted exchange between the entrepreneurs and provided new impulses for day-to-day work.
