24 new trainees at the Rädlinger company group

During their apprenticeship at the Rädlinger company group, the 24 new trainees will not only enhance their theoretical knowledge and practical know-how, but also their social skills. The young people will find a new challenge in twelve different occupations requiring formal training. The training will provide an important foundation stone for their future professional lives, and they therefore started the first year of their apprenticeship eagerly, expectantly, and with great motivation.

The purpose of the first day was, above all, to provide guidance and to allow the trainees to become acquainted with the company, their trainers and their future colleagues. Management and trainers welcomed the 14 apprentices who will carry out their training in Cham. They will learn skilled occupations at Rädlinger Bauunternehmen GmbH, Rädlinger Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH and Rädlinger primus line GmbH. The ten other trainees were welcomed at the other sites of the Rädlinger company group. They are starting their training courses, today, in the fields of road construction and civil engineering in Selbitz, and structural engineering in Vilshofen and in the vocational training centre in Schwandorf.

The application phase for the many technical and commercial professions in which the company group will also provide training next year is already under way.
