14 trainees started the new training year

On 1 August 2011, a total of 14 young people began their training in nine different occupations in the head office of the Rädlinger Group in Cham. Eight young people started their training in the construction sector, another six school leavers opted for mechanical engineering.

The first day was many used to enable the new trainees to find out about the company and to meet their trainers and future coworkers. The management and the trainers welcomed the new trainees and wished them a good start. Following a company presentation, the new employees were taken on a tour of the company site.
