Production
Approximately 120 employees, who work in multi-shift operation, are active in the Rädlinger mechanical engineering works. They produce approx. 5000 products annually, such as for example deep-digging buckets, trench clearing buckets as well as loading shovels for the domestic and international markets. Production takes place on a production area of 17,000 m² at 60 MAG welding workplaces. State-of-the-art manufacturing machines are available to the employees. In our training workshop we provide advanced training to industrial mechanics, who represent the qualified employee potential for the future.
The company invests on-going in new fabrication techniques, in order to produce products with maximum performance capability and high levels of durability. We employ exclusively high-quality special steels, as well as wear parts and toothed systems which guarantee the highest level of product quality.
In machining operations we work with state-of-the-art CNC technology for milling, turning, drilling and grinding. Our mechanical equipment includes (among other things) three bending machines, several CNC turning and milling machines, two CNC-controlled flame-cutting systems, as well as two boring mills for the mechanical processing of deep-digging buckets and loader shovels up to 4 meters cutting width.
Consistent modular design and an efficient warehouse management system enable the shortest delivery times. A tight organization guarantees efficient throughput times, as well as high item numbers. All our production sequences are subject to a continuous improvement process - our trained specialist personnel guarantee optimal Quality and offer reliable Service.
